InQuire Evidence2Policy Hub announces a call for postgraduate students to register for the Research Incubator Program. The goal of this Program is to support social science research, and enable young researchers to hone the skills of developing quality research project proposals relevant to the discussion and adoption of policies/programs in BiH.
Research Incubator is a program designed to support postgraduate students from universities in BiH, through a series of practical workshops in developing a research methodology in the fields of social sciences. Participants who will be selected for the program, in addition to a series of workshops, will have access to data within the Data Archive for Social Sciences in Bosnia and Herzegovina – DASS-BiH, as well as access to literature, databases of research questions relevant to policy decision-making in BiH (Question Bank), software and other research tools (such as microsimulation models), training in specific research methods tailored to the needs of students, and the possibility of hiring researchers from the world’s leading universities as advisors (co-mentors).
Research Incubator is part of the InQuire network, through which participants, in addition to getting the support in designing research proposals, will have the opportunity to establish cooperation with institutions and donors as potential beneficiaries of the results of their research during the implementation of the program. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to use other resources of the CREDI Center, including assistance in collecting data in the field, and the possibility of additional engagement in other CREDI projects for all interested candidates.
