InQuire Evidence2Policy Hub invites registered postgraduate students from universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to an Orientation Day of the Research Incubator Program for postgraduate students which will be organized on 18 December, 2020, at 10:00. The event will be organized online, and we will send an invitation to all students who register via the link below.
Research Incubator is a program designed to support postgraduate students from universities in BiH, through a series of practical workshops in developing a research methodology in the fields of social sciences. Participants who will be selected for the program, in addition to a series of workshops, will have access to data within the Data Archive for Social Sciences in Bosnia and Herzegovina – DASS-BiH, as well as access to professional literature, databases of research questions relevant to policy decision-making in BiH (Question Bank), software and other research tools (such as microsimulation models), training in specific research methods tailored to the needs of students, and the possibility of hiring researchers from the world’s leading universities as advisors (co-mentors).
Research Incubator is part of the InQuire network, through which participants, in addition to getting the support in designing research proposals, will have the opportunity to establish cooperation with institutions and donors as potential beneficiaries of the results of their research during the implementation of the program. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to use other resources of the CREDI Center, including assistance in collecting data in the field, and the possibility of additional engagement in other CREDI projects for all interested candidates.
We hereby invite all interested candidates to fill in the registration form, so as to ensure their invitation to the Orientation Day, where we plan to present the entire program, how to apply, the scholarship program, and provide an opportunity for interested candidates to ask questions.
